Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 5, 2026
This privacy policy applies to the mobile application FluxAI (“the Application”). FluxAI lets you generate and edit images, render video clips, and train custom AI models. To provide AI generation, your prompts and uploads are transmitted to our backend and to the AI processing provider described below.
1. Data Collection and Usage
1.1 User-Generated Content
- The Application processes text prompts and any images you provide — reference images for editing, first and last frames for video, and the photo sets you upload for custom model training — in order to produce the output you requested.
- When you use AI generation or training features, this content is transmitted to our backend, stored in our object storage for the duration of the request, and forwarded to the AI processing provider listed in Section 5.
- Generated images and videos are stored so they can appear in your Creations library across sessions and devices signed in to the same account.
- Content is used only to fulfil your request and to keep the service reliable and secure. We do not use your prompts, uploads or outputs to train our own models, and we do not sell them.
1.2 Account Data
- The Application uses Sign in with Apple to create an account. We receive the identifier Apple issues for you and, if you choose to share it, an email address — which may be Apple's private relay address rather than your real one.
- The account exists to hold your credit balance, your Creations library and any custom models you have trained. Deleting your account removes them.
1.3 Analytics, Advertising, and SDK Data Collection
Beyond the account data above, the Application does not collect personally identifiable information such as your name or postal address. It does integrate third-party SDKs that may collect device-level identifiers and usage data for analytics, advertising measurement and subscription management:
- Firebase Analytics, Remote Config and Firestore (Google): Collects anonymised usage data, app interactions and general usage statistics, and delivers configuration used to enable or disable features remotely. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.
- Google AdMob: Displays in-app advertisements, including the rewarded ads you can watch in exchange for credits. May collect the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), device information, IP address and approximate location to deliver and measure ads. Subject to Google's Advertising Policy.
- RevenueCat: Manages in-app purchases and subscriptions, and receives anonymised purchase events together with identifiers such as IDFA, IDFV, IP address and App Tracking Transparency consent status. Subject to RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT): On iOS 14.5 and later, the Application displays Apple's standard tracking permission prompt before collecting your Advertising Identifier (IDFA) for ad measurement and attribution. You may decline; the Application continues to work in full, but advertising relevance and attribution accuracy are reduced. You can change your decision at any time via Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
1.4 Device Data
- The Application requests photo library access so you can pick images to edit, animate or train on, and so you can save results back to your device. Access is requested at the point of use and can be revoked in iOS Settings.
- The Application does not request access to your location, contacts, microphone, or any data it does not need.
1.5 Face Data and User Images
- The Application processes user-uploaded images, including images containing human faces, for the sole purpose of generating the image, video or custom model you requested.
- The Application does not perform facial recognition and does not build or store facial feature templates.
- To complete generation or training, images and prompts are transmitted to our backend and to the AI processing provider listed in Section 5.
- A custom model you train is private to your account. It is not shared with other users and is not offered to anyone else.
- We do not sell face data and do not use uploaded images for advertising.
- Images or videos you save to your device remain there until you delete them.
2. Data Storage and Security
- Uploads and generated results are held in object storage operated by us, and processed by the AI provider in Section 5 for the duration of a request.
- All data transmission uses industry-standard TLS/HTTPS encryption.
- Firebase services are used strictly for anonymised analytics, remote configuration and account-scoped storage.
- We apply industry-standard security measures to protect data in transit and at rest.
- You are responsible for the security of your device and of the Apple ID used to sign in.
3. Children's Privacy
- The Application is intended for general audiences and is not directed to children under the age of 13.
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
- If you believe we may have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately (see Section 10).
4. Your Rights and Choices
- You may decline AI data sharing consent. If you decline, AI generation does not proceed and nothing is sent.
- You may delete individual creations, delete a trained custom model, or delete your account, from within the Application.
- You may decline the ATT prompt, and manage photo library access, through iOS Settings.
- You may delete the Application and any images saved to your device at any time.
- To request a copy or deletion of data associated with your account, contact us at the address in Section 10.
5. Third-Party Services
Your prompts, uploaded images and training photos are sent only to:
- Replicate, Inc.: Runs the models offered in the Application — Flux, Nano Banana and Nano Banana 2, GPT Image 2, Grok Imagine, P Image, Recraft, Veo 3.1, Seedance 2.0 and Grok Imagine video — as well as custom model training. Privacy Policy
Replicate acts as a processor for your generation request. The underlying model creators — Google, OpenAI, xAI, ByteDance, Black Forest Labs, Recraft and Pruna AI — are reached through it, and your content is subject to their terms while a request is running.
The analytics, advertising and subscription SDKs listed in Section 1.3 receive only their own respective data — device identifiers, app events and purchase events. They do not receive your prompts, your uploaded images, your training photos, or your generated outputs.
6. User Permission Before AI Data Sharing
- Before any generation data leaves your device, the Application presents an in-app consent prompt.
- The prompt states what is sent and identifies the AI processing provider.
- You may choose Not Now or Agree. If you do not agree, generation does not proceed.
- Your choice is remembered so you are asked once rather than on every generation. Reinstalling the Application resets it.
7. Credits and Subscriptions
- Credits: Generation is paid for in credits. The cost of a generation is shown in the Application before you confirm it. Credits can be purchased, earned by watching rewarded ads, or included with a subscription.
- One-Time Purchases: Credit packs are consumable in-app purchases. The exact item, price and quantity are disclosed in the App Store before purchase.
- Subscriptions: Auto-renewing subscriptions provide ongoing access to premium features. Title, duration and price are disclosed in the App Store before purchase.
- Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation and at each renewal.
- Managing Subscriptions: View, manage or cancel at any time via Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iOS device. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
- We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates are posted here and within the Application.
- Changes take effect immediately once posted.
- We recommend reviewing this Privacy Policy periodically.
9. Your Consent
By using the Application and, where applicable, tapping Agree in the AI data sharing prompt, you consent to this Privacy Policy and agree to its terms.
